This is a very potent chemical almost exclusively found in treatment of patients deep into chronic narcolepsy to force them awake, and is very rarely RARELY used in the most extreme cases of ADHD, but this is only as a last resort, and even if every other option is exhausted they will still be very reluctant to prescribe it.
