The Japanese have given us Zen Buddhism, Shinto, Godzilla and a host of martial arts. But I think the greatest thing ever to come out of Japan is the band Shonen Knife — 3 Japanese women with little to no grasp of English who do the Ramones even better than the Ramones did.
That post title is (unintentionally?) rather scary. Saw it and read it like ‘I’m going home….. timidly I hope….’ and goodness, way to get my over-creative mind all a-jumble!
