Every year I say it will be the last and every year I am a damn liar. WELCOME TO THE ALMOST 14th ANNUAL JAMES GARFIELD MIRACLE!

Hello and welcome to year 12B of the James Garfield Miracle!

“12B?” you ask, wondering if I’ve lost my mind. Yes to both. Because I don’t use the unlucky number so it’s 10, 11, 12, 12b, 14, etc. This makes perfect sense if you have as much untreated OCD as me.

“Weird. But cool. But what is the James Garfield Miracle?” you ask.

My god, you have a lot of questions. But that is okay because I have a lot of answers. But first I should say that I’m coming out of a depression and I’m feeling better but still that sort of exhausted that makes me need to reserve my energy so I’m copying and pasting a lot of last years post because I am lazy and you are understanding.

So! 12 (+1) years ago I walked into an estate sale and fell in love with an ancient taxidermied boars head that seemed so damn happy to see me.

I did not buy him and spent a week in light mourning. Then the next week A MIRACLE HAPPENED and James Garfield came into my life forever. (I’m staring at him right now, in fact and he is still glorious.)

But Victor wasn’t completely thrilled that we’d spent $90 on a literal Christmas miracle of mangey fur and missing teeth so I decided that I’d make holiday cards of James Garfield to make up for it and if I sold a couple dozen it’d be like James Garfield was making us money.

But then everyone went crazy and James Garfield made more that week than I did in my actual job and so I decided that I’d take all the money James Garfield made and use it to give presents to the kids of people who were struggling that year because I have been there in the past myself. And I bought gifts for the first 30 something people and then I ran out of money but then suddenly everyone in the comments were like, “I WANT TO HELP A STRANGER IN NEED! LET ME BUY A GIFT FOR SOMEONE” and that’s how this suddenly became 12B years of a strange community project of strangers helping strangers anonymously and it’s pretty damn amazing.

Over the years we’ve had many different iterations of the James Garfield Miracle and the only real downside is that it can be easy for a scammer to slip in and ask for stuff for themselves so we decided to go back to the basics and just give out teddy bears. Why? Because everyone loves teddy bears (hell, I love teddy bears) and if someone is going to go to the trouble to make an entire wishlist account for a teddy bear they definitely need one.

So this year I am sending out 100+ teddy bears to kids here.

That’s it. Just sweet, snuggly teddy bears. Well, not just teddy bears because the teddy bears have eyes that babies can swallow (stop swallowing eyes, weird babies) so I’m also adding a few other stuffed animals you can choose from if you have an eye-devouring baby or your child has a bear phobia or Amazon sells out of teddy bears.

But that’s it. Simple. Easy. Not perfect because in a perfect world everyone would get everything they need but I’d like to imagine that even people who may be disappointed that we’re just doing stuffed animals will at least be happy imagining all the kids finding unexpected fluffy new stuffed animals in their arms this holiday. It makes me smile, at least.

So, if you are struggling this year and you need help getting your child a present for Christmas/ (late) Hannukau/winter solstice/whateveryoucelebrate then I am ready to Santa Claus it up and drop one lovely plushie at your doorstep. And I will walk you through how to get one anonymously.

Here are the links for the plushes. Choose the one that best works for your kid:

Fluffy Bunny

Pink baby elephant

Pink bunny

Teddy bear

baby llama

Mickey Mouse or Winnie the Pooh hand puppets

Currently these are all between $12-$23 each but Amazon can be wonky about changing up the prices when things run low or running out of stock so if I see that happening I’ll come back here to add other choices to choose from to replace any that sell out or suddenly skyrocket in price from $20 to $180. (Wtf, Amazon?) If I haven’t bought you a stuffy it’s probably because they sold out, jacked up the price or you forgot to add your address so just come back and try again.

(Also, I always use the profits I make on affiliate links to buy toys for kids and all of the royalties from the 2023 Bloggess Calendar go to this as well, so that means that if you’ve even clicked on a link this year then you are the reason why I’m going to be able to buy toys for at least 100 kids this year.  That is amazing and I’m so grateful.  Thank you!)

The wishlists will be posted in the comments so (as always) if you want to buy a present for a stranger you totally can.  Or you can donate to Project Night Night, an amazing organization that provides a tote bag, book, stuffed animal and security blanket to homeless or displaced kids throughout the year.  They are FANTASTIC and they have more requests than they can fill so I cannot recommend them enough. In fact, this afternoon I donated $500 to them in your name. Happy holidays!

(Also, I know a lot of you are asking why I don’t just do this through my bookshop instead of Amazon and I’d love to but 1) our wonderful team would be swamped with extra work 2) we don’t have a way to make a registry work online yet. We’re still working on something, but not this year.)

SO…if you want in on this you have to read all the directions and stick to the rules or otherwise you will be set on fire and pushed out a moving plane.  Or maybe I’ll just delete your comment and look at you with that disappointed look your mom gives you when she knows you’re trying but are still fucking up.  One of those.  Here are the rules:

Okay, how do I do this?

You are my special angel.  Just look in the comments and find someone who has an unfilled Wishlist. I’m going to fill least 100 stuffed animal wishes but there are always more than I can handle.  (If there’s nothing on their list when you click it it means their toy was already bought- yay!)  Buy their present and make sure when you check out that you select their shipping address instead of defaulting to yours.  (It won’t give you their full address but it’ll tell you the town you’re shipping it to so you can compare it to their comment to make sure you have the right person.)  If you try to fill a wishlist but it doesn’t give you a shipping address to choose that means the person didn’t assign a shipping address to their list so delete their present out of your cart and go on to the next wishlist.  If it says “these are duplicates.  Someone else may have already bought this” when you try to check out then someone else has already bought that stuff so delete it and try another one. I’ll update the comments as I can to note which ones have been filled but it can get a bit backlogged when I’m in the car or sleeping. 🙂 Please do not fill any wishlists that don’t say where the person lives in the comments or any wishlists where the person doesn’t stick to the rules, please. (This is one way we make sure that people are who they say they are while still giving them anonymity.)

But what if I don’t live in America?

Check the comments because we often have Canadians and others outside the US who need help and I can’t fill those lists because shipping kills me so if you want to adopt a family, this is a great way to do it.

You are my special angel.  Here are the things you have to know and if you do them wrong you’ll get deleted so read carefully, okay?:   You have to make a BRAND NEW wishlist today, you can only choose one stuffed animal per child to put on your wishlist, and it has to be one of the ones above. I’ll walk you through it below. Then just come to this post and leave a comment telling us the city and State you’re in (this location has to match what you have on your wishlist), how many kids you have, and a link to your wishlist.  Do not make multiple wish lists.  Just make one.  One of the most important things (people do this wrong every year so PLEASE do this part right) is that you have to assign a shipping address for this specific wishlist.  It doesn’t matter if you’ve done it before or think it’s on your profile. You have to do it for this new wishlist specifically today or it won’t work. I’ll give you the details on setting up the wishlist below.

What if I want to make wish lists to surprise other people who I think need help?

Nope.  Because then we end up sending multiple things to the same people. But you can totally encourage them to go online and make their own. This is for anyone struggling to get a toy for their child this holiday (and yes, that totally includes adult children with special needs).

I’ve never done this before.  How do I make a wishlist?

It’s pretty quick and easy if you follow the formula.  I’ll walk you through step by step:

On Amazon, click on “Accounts & Lists” (on the top right) and then on “Create a list”on the drop-down.

Name it “James Garfield 2022” then choose “create list”. This will give you a blank private wishlist with nothing on it.

On the right you’ll see something that says “…More“.  Click on that and choose “Manage list.”  Change “private” to “PUBLIC” so we can see it. In the “description” part just put how many kids your list is for. YOU MUST ADD YOUR ADDRESS FOR THIS SPECIFIC LIST so click on the drop-down for the shipping address and change it from “none” to your address. PLEASE DON’T SKIP THIS PART.  Please make sure that the checkboxes for “Alexa can add items”, “keep purchased items on your list” and “don’t spoil my surprises” are NOT selected.  Now go back and double check everything in this paragraph. Is it all good? Awesome! Click “Save changes”. (It’ll also ask if you want to share your address with sellers and you can if you want but you shouldn’t have to since none of these are coming from third parties.)

Now just go pick one of the above stuffed lovies for your kiddo.  When you have the one you want click on the “Add to list” drop down arrow on the right (it’s under where the price is) and then select your “James Garfield 2022” list.  Click “view your list” to make sure it’s added. If everything is right you should have your stuffed animal(s) on the wishlist page and when you click on the “…more” button it should say that your wishlist public and your address should show up in the “…more” box and “don’t spoil my surprises” and “keep purchased items on your list” should NOT be checked. (People will see the city and state you are in but your last name and the rest of your address is hidden from everyone else.)

If you have another kid just go back to the list and pick a present for them and add it to the same list.

Copy the link to your wishlist. Now you go to the comments below and leave a comment saying how many kids you have, what city and state you are in, and a paste in the link to your wishlist.  That’s it!

So for example, I would say, “Hi.  I live in San Antonio Texas, and I have one kid who would love a stuffed lamb. Here’s my list: https://www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/2M53431MTM6DN?ref_=wl_dp_view_your_list Thanks!”

Now…to go shopping.  Happy James Garfield Day!

PS.  Please please please double check before you hit the submit button that you have assigned a shipping address to your wishlist, that it’s “public” and that your comment has a link to your wishlist, the city and state you live it and the number of kids you have. Love!

PPS. This is one of my favorite things to do each year but it isn’t perfect. Every year some boxes go missing. Some get delivered after Christmas. Miscommunications happen. But I’d rather try to do something small and wonderful even if it isn’t perfect. Thank you to every single person who asks for help, to every single person to who helps and especially to those who have done both. Every year we have people who’ve been helped before who are so happy to help this year, or people who’ve helped before but now need help themselves. I know what it feels like to be in both of those places and I’m wishing love and light to every single person who reads this.

PPPS. When you choose something for your wishlist make sure it still says “delivers before xmas” because some of the things may sell out and not restock in time. 🙂 As of the time I’m writing this all the stuffed animals arrive before xmas but if they start to sell out and have to restock it might cause your stuff to come in later.

PPPPS. UPDATED: This has never happened before but apparently Amazon has put a limit on how many of certain toys you can buy because it’s now telling me that I’ve hit my limit on buying the catacorn and the long-eared bunny. So weird. So I’m still filling everything I can until I hit my limits but there might be some I can’t get to or might have to come back to. Just FYI. I added a sloth and penguin to the list above to give some more options. I’ll make notes in the comments so you know. Love!

  1. I’m excited!! I’ve been a recipient in the past but this year I’m ready to be a gifter!!

  2. Hi my daughter Audrey is 11 and would love a llama corn. We live in Williamsburg VA. Merry Festivus to all!

(I think you forgot to leave your link. Try again, okay? 🙂 ~ Jenny)

  3. Oh I love this every year! Hurray! Thanks Jenny, I can only imagine how much work it is to organize.

(So worth it though. I suspect I enjoy it more than anyone. ~ Jenny)

  4. I wish I could donate but this year my husband told me the week before that he wants a divorce and now I don’t know how I’m going to afford anything because I’m on disability.
But I love the idea, and I wish I could help.
There are lots of kids in the foster care system who don’t have a parent to put in a request for them to get a stuffed animal. And they need a stuffed animal more than anything to hug when they are feeling sad. So would your fabulous fans please contact the local foster group homes in your area and donate to them stuffed animals for the kids who don’t have a home?
That would make me happier than anything during this very sad time for me.

(Sending you so much love. And we donate to the women’s shelter each December because you’re totally right. But always call first to make sure they are accepting stuff because many of them are very protective of drop-offs. ~ Jenny)

  5. Hello! We live in Southgate MI and we would love some help with the 4 kiddos (2 boys, 2 girls). I picked out a stuffed animal that I think they would like the most but they are so cute it was hard to choose. Here is our list:

    Thank you in advance!

(I sent you three but I didn’t see the fourth so maybe someone else got it before I got there? ~ Jenny)

  6. Hi, this year I have 6 foster kiddos, ages 18 mo twins, 29mo, 6 yo, 7 yo, and 2 14yo boys who insist that they’re too big for stuffed critters yet I still find one sleeping with his little brother’s bear nightly and I’d love him to have his own bear. We’re in kalamazoo County Michigan.

(I sent you some and looks like someone else sent you the others! ~ Jenny)

  7. I’m ready to be a gifter! I love the James Garfield Miracle so much – thanks for another year of miracles, Jenny. ❤️

  8. More than 6 years ago I put up a list for my three little girls and fellow bloggess followers fulfilled every item on the wishlist. This year I was keeping my eyes open for the James Garfield miracle post to return the good will, my daughters and I are ready to help fulfill a family’s needs.

(I love this so much. ~ Jenny)

  9. Someone post the link to that website where kids In foster care put up their wish lists!! Reddit crashed it fulfilling their lists and we can too!!

  10. I got one! This is such a loving act! May some child have a bright spot this holiday in Michigan!

  11. Hi my name is Amanda and I am a mom to 6 children. We are from Taylor, PA. I have 4 girls and 2 boys. My oldest son’s birthday is in two days!!!

This year has been brutal for us like so many others and as of right now I have nothing to put under the tree for my children to open on Christmas morning. I know it is not the end of the world but they are good kids who struggle and have just been through so much that it makes me feel like a failure as a parent that i can’t do more than barely provide the basics necessities like a roof over their head and food in their stomachs…

Thank you so much for making this possible and thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me put a special stuffed animal under the tree for them. Happy Holidays!!!

(Hey there. I deleted your list because you had stuff on it that shouldn’t have been on it. Can you try again? Just delete the extra stuff and make sure it’s just the four stuffed animals on the list, okay? Love! ~ Jenny)

  12. In my best, Oprah voice:
You get a llamacorn and you get a llamacorn and you get a llamacorn. We all get llamacorns!

  13. I’m #14, looks like we’re getting extra but we will pass them on to others! Thank you so much!

  14. Amanda S. Two of yours covered. Merry Christmas and wishes for a much better 2023 for all. 🤗

  15. Hi it’s Amanda S #28 Sorry I originally added a different stuffed animal for my 17 year old son. I removed it. I am not going to re add one for him. The only stuffed animal left showing not purchased on my list is the one bear that is pictured above. He’s for my youngest son. I’m truly sorry I did this wrong.

Thank you Jenny and Thank you Sarah!!

(No worries! Looks like everyone is on the way for you! ~ Jenny)

  16. President Garfield’s house is just over a mile from where I live! It’s like I was destined to be involved with this!

  17. Thank you anonymous #37 Merry Christmas!!!
Thank you Laurie. They are going to love them!!! Thank you for helping me and my children.

  18. Not going to leave a big story with my post because the last couple of years has been rough for everyone. This is my kiddos list, they deserve so much more than I’m able to do this year. Audrey is 15 & Adam will turn 13 just before Christmas . Merry Christmas

(Sending you love. We’re only doing stuffed animals this year – the ones in the post – so feel free to make a new list with one for each of them. 🙂 ~ Jenny)

  19. I don’t know if I’m posting twice or not, if so I’m sorry, I don’t think it worked for me the 1st try. My kids are Audrey( 15 f) and Adam (12 m) he’ll turn 13 just before Christmas. They deserve so much more than I’m able to do this year. Thanks for considering my family

(Hey sweetness. We’re only giving out a stuffed animal for each kid so I deleted your list but feel free to make a new one with one of the stuffed animals in the post for each of them. ~ Jenny)

  20. Four children in Spokane, WA although one is a teen (but will secretly be thrilled to have their own stuffy!) Never too old or ‘too cool’ to share some love especially after a challenging year. Peace and blessings to ALL the strangelings around the globe.
    💝We’re in this together✨

(Okay, so this is a weird issue. I tried to buy them all but it won’t let me buy the catacorn bc Amazon says I’ve bought too many tonight. I guess there are limits to keep people from hoarding? So they’re all filled except that one. If you want to delete it and choose something else you can or you can wait and see if someone else can get it for you. ~ Jenny)

  21. Hi my name is April, I have 3 kids Nathan 13, Annabella 9 & Sophie 5 who I would GREATLY appreciate help with Christmas presents for. Any help would be a blessing this Christmas.
I am so greatful to the Bloggess & the kind strangers help to put a smile on kids faces & help those of us who have have fallen on hard times. Thank you!

(Hey sweetness. Can you post again with your link? 🙂 ~ Jenny)

  22. Thank you Jenny! Alex has autism and doesn’t have alot of social interactions so his stuffed animals are truly his best friends. He loves baby animals especially so this baby lama is going to be a big hit at Christmas.

  23. I love this and love just reading all the love on the list every year. Every list is fulfilled so far, so I will check back.

    Happy miracle day everyone!!

  24. I don’t know…I might make a scammer account for that llamacorn 😂. Wish I could help but it’s a tough year for us. Happy Holidays everyone!

  25. Daniel #61 and Jenny – replacement anilam is taken care of! Waving hello from across the pass!

  26. Hi my name is April, I have 3 kids Nathan 13, Annabella 9 & Sophie 5 who I would GREATLY appreciate help with Christmas presents for. Any help would be a blessing this Christmas.

  27. Hiya everyone!
This is such an awesome thing – and unfortunately, I cannot gift, but am hoping to receive. I think like most people, we are struggling a bit right now.
    Thank you so much!
I have one little guy – he will be 6 months old around Christmas.
    We are in Lakeland, MN.

Thank you again – Merry Christmas, y’all!

(Someone beat me here! ~ Jenny)

  28. Hi I’m Kelly from Baltimore MD. I would love to give my 4 kids a stuffy to hold thank you all and merry Christmas.

(I was going to remind you to add the link but I think you already did a few comments down. 🙂 ~ Jenny)

  29. Michelle 71 – all my boys are grown, give your little a hug from me when his stuffy arrives ❤️

  30. I can’t believe it’s been a 14 years!! I think you all qualify as actual elves after all the Christmases you’ve provided. Makes me so happy to watch every year.

This is for 2 boys and 2 girls in Ky.

(I got you the bear and looks like someone else got you another one but I can’t buy the cat or rabbit because amazon says I’ve hit my limit on buying those tonight. ~ Jenny)

  31. #88 Kelly Schaffer – I hope your kids enjoy the stuffies! They should get there on the 15th and the 17th 🙂

  32. I have 3 kids in Hixson, TN ages 5-9 that love rainbows and would love a plushie. Thank you all so much for this act of kindness.

  33. (Readded because i forgot the link)

  35. Anyone else from Canada???? Would love to help out. Thank you Jenny for all you do for us. We appreciate you. Merry Christmas.

  36. #88 Kelly – I think we’ve slowed Amazon down so much that your list was still up. Looks like you’re getting doubles! Please re-gift duplicates to someone else in need. Take care and Merry Christmas!!!

(Who would have thought we could slow down amazon, right? ~ Jenny)

  37. Ugh I keep messing this up.

5 kids. Live in Lake Ann, Michigan

    Here is the link:

(Hey there. You have to pick the stuffed animals on the list, okay? ~ Jenny)

  38. April Hilland can you possibly try again on Amazon.ca? It says I can’t ship to you but I’m also in Canada

  39. My little kids have been easy for people to shop for, but my teen is a butt head 🤣 very few gift assistance programs have things for teens and it drives me insane!

My teen is a big help with her younger siblings, watching them while I’ve been working dinner/bedtime shifts, doing dinner/bath/bedtime for the last 6 weeks (yes there’s another adult in the house but their worthless when it comes to helping).

Please note, this is a list that she compiled so I don’t fully approve of the things she’s asked for, but 🤷‍♀️ I told her to make a list for me and this is what I got.

Ive been dealing with health issues for the last year since having my youngest, we have housing insecurity as our rental company doesn’t want to renew our lease which ends 12/31 and im just so overwhelmed 😭 We’re in Wisconsin and rentals are impossible to find between November and march.

(Sorry, but it’s just stuffed animals this year. Sending you love. ~ Jenny)

  40. Hi all-I’m jeanne and I have 5 kids. We are in Lake Ann Michigan. I keep posting but my post is not showing up.

    Here’s my link:

(Hey there! You have to stick to the suggested animals in the post, okay? ~ Jenny)

  41. One bunny obsessed 8 year old in Lenox Dale, Ma.
We just moved to Massachusetts from Mississippi to start a new safe life. A surprise toy in the mail will make her first Christmas here extra special. Thank you so much for your kindness.

(It told me it was a duplicate order when I tried to fill it so I’m guessing someone else just beat me to it. ~ Jenny)

  42. Shannon your entire list is against Jenny’s rules. It’s one stuffed animal per child.

  43. #131-Kylie- A bunny is headed your way on 19 DEC. Love and light to you and your girl in your new life.

  44. I have 2 teens, one autistic, who have pretty much outgrown the plush stage. May I ask for one item each within the price range?

(We’re only doing the plushies this year, sorry. Ideally we’d open it up more but it’s just too easy for the few scammers out there to use it to buy stuff for themselves. It’s not as tempting for stuffed animals so we don’t have as many problems. Sending you so much love. ~ Jenny)

  45. #97 April – I hope Paige enjoys her toy – it won’t make it there until January 9th, but it is on it’s way — from a fellow Canadian!

  46. I just realized I didn’t mark it to remove it when it was bought 🤦‍♀️ looks like a few of you can cancel and order for someone else. I’m so sorry!

  47. Beth in Knoxville, you need to add a shipping address. I tried to purchase and it wanted to send it to myself.

  48. Wow, this is everything ~ I’ve never seen all the wishes filled so quickly!! I will keep checking back, I can’t wait to spend some fluffy joy. ❤️

  49. Cxled my bunny order for #131 since there were multiples. Back to refreshing to pick a new giftee. 🙂

  50. Geesh – it’s hard to get to the items to buy them before someone else does! LOL What a great problem to have!

    (Right?~ Jenny)

  51. Wow all! This group is amazing. Every list I checked is empty! I will keep checking.

  52. What an amazing bunch of people-and an amazing tradition. I take part every year. But so far every list is already taken care of! I’ll keep checking back. I know some little cutie needs a stuffed aminal for the holidays! Love you Jenny for doing this. Happy James Garfield Day!

  53. My kids love penguins! Favorite book growing is “365 Penguins”. I’m a mom of 4 kiddos ages 6-18. Last year we did this and were not picked, so this year I’m hoping to get a gift for each of my kids. This has always been a huge help for us as I know it has for so many other families.

Here is my list. My name is Jennifer and I live in Austin (Leander) Texas

(I got three of the penguins for you but that’s the limit for orders from Amazon apparently. Looks like the other ones are on the way though. ~ Jenny)

  54. My kiddo would be over the moon with these stuffies! I’m in Tennessee and would be so happy to see their faces when they open these, thanks so very much!

  55. Woo Hoo! Persistence pays off! I finally got thru and was able to buy one gift. We ARE blowing up Amazon-and my server quit on me halfway thru! BUT LISA in Council Bluff, you have an adorable bunny hopping your way-and everyone else-there are three more kids to buy for, so get to it! This is so much fun! Thanks, Jenny!

  56. I’ve tried every year to fulfill a list but none are open. Your fans are the best. I’ll keep trying!

  57. Molli Taylor I got four of yours. Someone slipped in and got the fifth while I was deleting a dog toy from my Amazon list. Merry Christmas to
    you and your family.

  58. To the person who bought my kids the penguins, I love you and I pray blessings over you for your generosity. May you have a wonderful holiday season. Much love, Jennifer Salas from Austin Texas.

  59. I love you Jenny. I will never forget how much you’ve helped me through your books and I just can’t believe you bought my kids the penguins . I’m going to tell my kids that they got plushies from my favorite author. I still can’t believe it. Going to bed very happy right now. Love you. ❤️

  60. Auntie Dawn, thank you for your generosity to my little girl! Less than a half hour after I posted, and it was fulfilled. You, and everyone else snapping up these toys to send to our kids, are amazing! I hope that blessings are returned to you all tenfold 🖤

  61. My name is Marina and I live in Colorado. This year has hit us hard again with health problems. My mom and I have custody of my 4 granddaughters. They are 13, 9, 4, and 2. I have told my girls that Christmas was going to be small. The oldest ones understand but the younger ones don’t understand. I hope you all have a merry Christmas. https://www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/3J7BA1QWAWJVK?ref_=wl_share

(Looks like they’re on the way! ~ Jenny)

  62. Please forgive me if this is a duplicate post, but I don’t think the comment I just left worked. I’ve been able to help in the past, but could use a little help this year. I live in Lubbock, Texas with two girls and a boy who would love a stuff this holiday season. Thank you for spreading joy and holiday magic!

    Here’s their wishlist: https://www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/3NTTG3Z6G1SKJ?ref_=wl_share

(Looks like they’re on the way! ~ Jenny)

  63. Every link I clicked was covered! That is so awesome! I will check back tomorrow and see if there are more requests I can fill. Thank you all for bringing a bit of happiness to my tired soul.

  64. This would be an incredible help for us this year. We recently had to take in my parents after some medical issues and I have had to take leave to help care for them. Christmas is going to be a full house but light on presents. We are making the best of it though.
I know we are not supposed to make substitutions, but my 6-year-old is crazy about corgis right now. I found a corgi stuffie that is within the price range but understand if it does not get sent because it is outside the list. Thank you to anyone who wishes to take us on and help make our kids happy on Christmas Day. Stuffies are sure to help. 🙂

(Looks like they’re on the way! ~ Jenny)

  65. LaDonna May #186 I got you covered! I hope you and your granddaughter have a wonderful holiday season.

  66. #190…Amanda P. Jenny is sleeping now, but she specifically wants people to stick to the list she provided. Looks like you have 2 that are not on that list. Thanks!

  67. LaDonna #186 I got you covered. I hope you and your granddaughter have a happy holiday season.

  68. #190 Amanda I got you all covered. The animals will come in three different packages it looks like. Two together and then the penguin and corgi will come each in their own. That was just the best way to get it all shipped before Christmas. I hope this helps a bit. My dad died due to Covid during the pandemic, so I now take care of my mom who has Alzheimer’s. You’re an amazing person for taking this all on. I hope you can find a bit of peace during this holiday season. Thank you for letting me be a bit of Santa’s magic this season. My dad was all about doing wonderful things for folks year round in secret. This was just one small way to honor his memory. <3

  69. All the links I clicked on were fulfilled – way to go everyone!
Making a donation to Project Night Night.

(I know they super appreciate it! ~ Jenny)

  70. I am asking for a stuffie for my grandbabies. I hope that is ok. I am in Virginia and they are 2 states away. I missed them something fierce but my health keeps me stuck here. And they cannot afford to come here. It would be nice if they could have something from “Mimi” to hug on since I can’t be there in real life. If it is okay, I would be forever grateful. Thank you 🙏

(Looks like they’re on the way! ~ Jenny)

  71. I have a 13 year old son and a 16 year old daughter who would love these. I could definitely use the help bringing them joy on Christmas this year. Thank you all for all that you do! We live in Fairport, NY, USA.

(We’re only doing plushies this year. If you want to make a new list with two stuffed animals that would be great. ~ Jenny)

  72. Kristi #203 here – I am so sorry, I accidentally put the link to my default wishlist instead of the James Garfield 2022 list. This is the correct list, my apologies.

“I have a 13 year old son and a 16 year old daughter who would love these. I could definitely use the help bringing them joy on Christmas this year. Thank you all for all that you do! We live in Fairport, NY, USA.”

(No worries! Looks like they’re on the way! ~ Jenny)

  73. I’ve added a note to my calendar to come back and donate on Friday.

I’m hella depressed this year. I am reminded whilst writing cards that my friend from my 20s told me 17 years ago she no longer wanted to be my friend. I started sending her Christmas cards a few years telling her I missed her and still love her. I’ve never heard back. I just miss her friendship so damned much. I was her Maid of Honor.

Anyways, just venting in your comment section.

    XOXOXO, Hope

(Sending you so much love. ~ Jenny)

  74. Thank you C E #211! This year has been brutal on us, so I am really grateful for the help. Have a great holiday!

  75. I’ve been a recipient in the past and was hoping for a better year.. but here I am again, humbly requesting help.

We live in Franklin Grove IL and I have 3 kids. Two are stuffed animal age and one might be a little older than the target but I think she will adore it nonetheless.

    Thanks for any help!

  76. Cindy 213 thank you! Both of the plushies are showing as purchased on my list now, I appreciate it so much and I know my kids will too. 🙂

  77. Anissa 216 your stuffies are on the way! It looks like the penguin might not make it until the 30, but I’ll keep my fingers crossed for an early delivery. Thanks for the opportunity to participate in year 12b. It’s my first time giving but I look forward to seeing all the love in the comments each year.

  78. Thank you to the kind stranger(s) who so generously fulfilled my list. I greatly appreciate your generosity and compassion
    for my family!

  79. 221 😍😍😍 Looks like I was posting at the same time as you! Thank you again! Lots of love coming your way and no worries on the later delivery! The penguin is well worth the wait as my youngest will be so thrilled whenever it comes.

  80. I’m John (Gramps) from Wisconsin.
I would like to see my five grandkids (4 girls, I boy, ages 1 – 13) open a fun cozy gift like these on Christmas morning. I give them my time and love but am able to do little else. This sharing is beyond wonderful and I appreciate it more than I can express. Thanks to all, Merry Christmas 🎄🥰

(Looks like they’re on the way! ~ Jenny)

  82. My sons are young adults now. I’ve been depressed nonstop for 2 years….is it extremely selfish of me to request a bearicorn for my pitiful self? I would feel the love of Jenny and her wonderful and crazy supportive universe. No is ok too. ❤️

(Technically it’s for kids but I’d be happy to. Sending love. ~ Jenny)

  83. #288, John! I just realized it says it won’t arrive until Dec 28, is there another toy I could send?

  84. #228, John W. Bray, getting your number right, penguin is ordered but est arrival is Dec 28.

  85. #228 John, another penguin is on the way! Unfortunately the only shipping option was after Christmas on the 28th, so sorry!!
#229 Jen your extra stuffie is on the way!

  86. Would love to send some stuffies to Canada kids, but there does not seem to be any left. I will keep watching.

  87. With the way things have gone this year, I have been a mess. However, reading these comments and “seeing” the smiles on the givers faces, takes away the fog for a while. You all are truly the angel helpers needed this year. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.

    (Isn’t it amazing? ~ Jenny)

  88. Oh no I posted twice since I thought the first time didn’t go through I’m sorry how can I delete one?

(No worries. We leave up double comments because otherwise it messes up the numbering system. ~ Jenny)

  89. #244 – The penguin is on it’s way. Unfortunately, it looks like it won’t get there before the 25th

  90. I’m number 32 above. I woke up thinking about this, and I am going to be a little greedy and ask…
My partner is discovered a few years ago that they are a woman. She spent her whole life unhappy and not sure why, until she knew.
She never had the opportunity for feminine or gentle things, and never really had plush toys as a child.
She would Love the sloth shown above, and she would never get it for herself even if she could. She’s a caretaker and sacrifices her wants in the face of everyone else’s.
Selfishly, I want her to have that look of wonder and joy that she so rarely gets.
I know it’s greedy of me, and probably asking too much, but I put the sloth on this list for my sweetheart.
    Thank you for reading 💕

(Looks like it’s on the way! ~ Jenny)

  91. My very favorite part of this miracle is how many of us feel like we won the lottery when we get to a list that hasn’t yet been filled!

    (Right? Same. ~ Jenny)

  92. One of my favorite parts of the holiday season is seeing these wishes fulfilled almost faster than people can post. It’s the most lovely thing. Thank you, Jenny, for doing it 12+1 times. I hope you’re up for it again next year.

  93. This comment thread and this project (about which I am learning for the first time) has me in tears. I am in Canada and am in a position to be a gifter this year, so I will keep checking back. You are all sweet baby angelcorns.

  94. Mike – #251 – the baby cow says it can’t be shipped to your address for some reason. Can you try adding another animal or add from another seller?

  95. I may have posted my list twice thinking i did it wrong the first time and anonymously and then tried to fix it and added my name just so you know it was accidental but it’s the same link to the same list 🫣🫣 Erica #268 and anonymously it’s #266 lol

  96. #266 – Penguin won’t get there before christmas (says dec 28th). Do you want to pick something else?

  97. Hi! My name is Sara and I am in Middle Village (Queens) NY. I have a 3 year old son who would absolutely love a little llama for the holidays. This would definitely help make this a special Christmas for him as we’ve had a lot of changes this year and I am currently waiting to hear back on starting a new job (fingers crossed). Thank you for considering my special guy!

(Looks like they’re on the way! ~ Jenny)

  98. #268 – Erica, the bear and penguin are on the way. The penguin didn’t give a shipping date so I REALLY hope it shows up in time. Merry Christmas!!

  99. Thank you so very much DisneyShannon #275. This warms my heart so very much. I can’t wait to see his face when he meets his new llama friend. Thank you for the well wishes. I appreciate you!

  100. Hey it’s Amanda (post #28).

I originally posted for my 6 children but then I removed a stuffed animal from my list because the one I had selected for my oldest son wasn’t approved.

If it’s possible I’d like to ask for a Penguin for him because he loves Penguins. His birthday is tomorrow and I know he would love a cute Penguin for Christmas.

Thank you Jenny and all the angels for making this possible.

(Looks like it’s on the way. ~ Jenny)

  101. #251 Mike – the Minecraft baby cow (or I think it’s a cow? lol!) says unable to ship to a gift registry address. I think this happens when an item is shipped from a 3rd party and not Amazon. Anyway – you should probably choose a different stuffy for that child. Peace!

  102. To Wendy 235 & Meredith 236,
Thank you so very much for your kindness and generosity. Since I AM “Gramps” I will creatively offer a fun story as to the penguins fooling around and missing the sleigh 🎄
    Again, THANK YOU!

  103. Jane L (#151) you said you have 3 grandkids but I’m counting 10 (!) stuffies on your list! Limit is one per child.

  104. Amanda S #28 can you readd Fluffy Bunny and Caticorn to your list so I can repurchase them. My card got fraud “held” and my order cancelled but it’s clear now so I want to make sure you get the stuffies.

  105. Thank you for doing this again. I hope that you keep doing it so some year I will be in a place to send someone their wish list. This was such an amazing gift in those early years where we were truly struggling.

  106. Sara (#286), I was able to get your bunny and panda bearicorn! The two other plushies were unavailable (maybe someone else snagged them?) They will arrive next Wednesday, December 21! Merry Christmas!

  107. Hello!!! I’m in Dallas, TX and have an 11 yo daughter who would love a sloth!

(I think someone beat me here. ~ Jenny)

  108. My (11) daughter would love a sloth! I’m in Dallas, and 2022 has not been year. Thanks so much to Jenny for doing this! I’ve been able to help in the past and this year I’m on the other side. Merry Everything to everyone!
(Looks like it’s on the way. ~ Jenny)

  109. Tyra in #294 – it shows up as a collaborative list that people can add things to. Can you change to a regular wishlist? Otherwise it spams the buyer to deal.

  110. Yay, I was able to snag a wish list before it got filled, and get a few items! And for someone in my state! Thanks for organizing this Jenny! And hooray for the 2023 Bloggess Calendar! I’ve been crossing my fingers for this!

  111. 301-stuffies sent…it says it may be a duplicate, if so, just pay it forward. Happy Holidays!

  112. My daughter would love a sloth under the tree in Dallas, TX! I have participated in this before but on the other side…this year? Not doing so well. Thank you, Jenny, for your perpetual awesomeness!

(I’m pretty sure it’s already been filled. ~ Jenny)

  113. @becomingcliche THANKS! I changed my permissions on this one to “view” and not “view and edit”…

(Deleting your link because you need to stick with just the stuffed animals in the post, okay? ~ Jenny)

  114. 301 Josh and 305 Lesley, I think I’m the duplicate sender! Mine said it should arrive Tuesday. Merry Christmas!

  115. 309 – You can’t. The minor problem with the hosting site is that you don’t see the comment after you hit “post comment” unless you refresh the page, so there are a lot of duplicates because it looks like the Blog Gods ate the first ones. Don’t worry about it.

  116. #300- I sent both but for some reason they are still showing up. If you get duplicates just pay them forward ♥️😘

  117. Personally? I sort of love seeing how many of us end up double posting a comment or missing a step in the process. It makes me feel a little better about how freaking challenged I usually feel doing anything online. There is beauty in our imperfections.

    (For real. ~ Jenny)

  118. Thank you for sponsoring again. I should be able to remember that I could do Project Night Night by myself, but it takes your post to make me think of it.
Do they tell you how much we raised? I would love to know.

(They often send me pictures and a little round-up of how much we raised but I never remember to post it. It’s significant though and they’re always so grateful! ~ Jenny)

  119. A note for any James Garfield Helpers looking for more lists to fill that Project Night Night also has an Amazon wish list!! For anyone that wants to fulfill specific needs for them -stuffies, blankets and books- in addition to helping the community in the comment section

(Not sure if they prefer cash donations to product donations, Jenny + team you would know best!)

  120. Jenny, thank you for doing this. It warms my heart and brings tears to my eyes every year. It’s wonderful to see folks who were once recipients now paying it forward. I use James Garfield as my annual reminder to donate to Project Night Night. Happy holidays to all!

  121. #240 WENDY Thank you so much my girls will be so happy!!! Thank you Jenny for doing this really makes a difference!!! Thank you to everyone I really appreciate it!! Happy holidays everybody.

  122. Egads – I cannot find an unfulfilled list. Off to project night night. Happy Everything, Everyone!

  123. Every year this melts my heart. The kindness of strangers is beautiful! Thank you for starting this and having every year be the last year….until next year.

  124. Hello! I live in Radnor, OH. I have two youngsters who would love the unipanda and caticorn. Thanks so much.

  125. Cassie and Jenny I saw ( my post 88) we may have broken Amazon could one of you choose where you would like me to get the duplicates I have a church I can donate them to when they come or I work with mentally ill children volunteering I could give them till some autistic children you decide

(Love this. Use your best judgement. 🙂 ~ Jenny)

  126. #197 Russty Brazil, oh my goodness, thank you, thank you! From the bottom of my heart, I appreciate you so much and your understanding to our situation. Having to parent your parent is so difficult and then losing them is unbearable. I wish you love and joy this holiday season. You have given us so much!!

  127. Amanda S #28 – I did get one (Dobby) last night, and forgot to comment here. I was so excited to actually gift something 😀 You should see it Sunday. Merry Christmas to you and yours!

  128. Made it through 328 comments and every list was fulfilled. Going to donate to the Project Night-Night link posted by Meredith #318, and check back later to see if any new lists have popped up.

  129. #244 – update from Amazon – looks like the package should get there before Christmas

  130. Hi, I’m Lauren, I have 7 kids and live in Wisc Rapids, WI. If there are any angels out there who are able to bless our family with a Christmas miracle, they’d be giving me the best Christmas present too of getting to see the happiness on my kids’ faces. Last year I was barely hanging on and was blessed – thank you! This year we are starting to dig our way out, but we aren’t there yet and could still use some miracles. Thank you for being there for us in hard times.

(Looks like it must be filled! ~ Jenny)

  131. My name is Lauren, and we live in the frozen tundra of Blaine, MN. I have five kids.

Two of my kids are autistic and all of my kids are amazing in their own unique way. We’ve struggled for these past couple of years, but I’ve never given up hope and I do feel lucky
despite our challenges, as we’ve still got each other! Thank you so much for your help. We truly appreciate it!

P.S. I chose the sloths because they’re adorable, and if it’s OK, a sloth for me too, to
remind me to sloooooooooooow down and try to be present more instead of always worried about crossing things off my never-ending to do list.

    Here’s our list:

(Looks like it must be filled! ~ Jenny)

  132. I need help! If anyone still has access to Amanda S #28 list, I need to resend her two of her stuffies. When I click on the original above it says bad link. 😢

  133. #349 – One sloth headed your way. Hope that your order is rounded out. There’s an additional six stuffed animals that were requested.

I got an error on the unicorn llama. I think they may be out of them. Curiouser and curiouser.

  134. #348 : Grandpa Jeremy in IL – All items are on their way. Should be to you by 12/19. Sending you a hug from Berkeley CA for sharing love with your grandbabies.

  135. Ok, we don’t know what we are doing. My sister and I are trying to get this created for you. 162 Faye and 352 Easter. Our kids and step kids would love for these to come. If you are able to help, we appreciate you. Bless you and Merry Christmas thank you

    Easter list

    Faye list

(Faye’s list is filled but Easters doesn’t have a shipping address assigned to her list. ~ Jenny)

  136. Faye 360/352, when it says there are 0 items left that means they were purchased. So your list from #352 was purchased, no need for a new list! 🙂 Merry James Garfield!

  137. Melissa, #368 I ordered the puppets. It should hopefully get there on Sunday the 18. Merry Christmas!

  138. Thank you so much Kristin!! Nicole is absolutely going to love him. She is obsessed!!!! I can’t wait to see her face on Christmas morning. I wish there was a way to come back and post pictures later…
Thank you for being an angel 🙂

  139. Thank you so much Jessica! Our sweet Evan is going to giggle when they see Mickey, Minnie, Donald, and Goofy. Goofy especially has them giggling lately. Much love and Merry Christmas!

  140. #369 Laura E, I’m re-reading and it says you have four kids but there were only 3 items on the wish list, 2 unicorn llamas and 1 unicorn corgi. Since your list is cleared out I can’t add another one.

If you need one more, please make a new list. <3

  141. Thank you, Leilaniac! I’m so grateful!

When I look at the purchased items on the list, it says there were 4 purchased, so I think they are all taken care of? I’ll hope that is the case.

  142. With our gigantic twice-blended Twin Cities family, it is never quiet in our home which sometimes makes me feel unhinged and sometimes makes my heart feel like it’s bursting and sometimes both in the same moment. It also means that our budget’s always tight and especially so with this year’s awful flu season and how it affects our kids ability to be at school and because of that, my ability to be at work. There hasn’t been a single week in the past month where there weren’t at least 2 kids home from school/daycare with illness. We cut out all extras to make ends meet – thank goodness for the library where we can check out books, movies, and board games! Our school
provided a hotspot to our family last year and let us continue using it this year for when our kids are out sick, so if they feel up to it, they can be a part of the classroom virtually. And I’m thankful for the hotspot so I can stay connected too.

I asked for plushie help here last year and it was such an incredible blessing to be able to have a soft stuffed animal to be able to fill their stockings – as you can imagine, expenses add up quickly over here! I am so grateful to you all for helping make our Christmas morning magical!

I put plushies on the list for all of our kids except the oldest this year who is “too cool for Santa” but promised me that he wouldn’t wreck it for the younger siblings which I do appreciate, he’s a good kid. I know the middle-older kids would all be happy to open a stuffed animal on Christmas morning. I tried to keep all of the choices the lower-cost ones. I marked priority for which are for our youngest kids, to help keep the magic of Santa alive for them if someone is able to help.

Thank you! Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays! I’m heading to bed, so I will check in the morning – so if you are amazing tonight, please don’t feel disappointed if I’m not thanking you tonight, I will see it tomorrow.

(Looks like someone beat me to it! ~ Jenny)

  143. becomingcliche – my two sisters and I all created a list. I only posted as myself, Faye. But I don’t want to get in trouble, so I will have them take off the list. I’m very embarrassed and hope you understand. I just spoke to them and they did create them both on my sisters account instead of their individual ones. I’m truly sorry. Thank you for everything and Happy Everything.

  144. Good evening!! I added 3 sloths and 3 bears to the top of my wishlist that I am collecting for Christmas for 6 teen girls in foster care. Last year y’all helped me send them stuffys along with the rest of items I collected and I hope we can include stuffys again for these girls this year! Thankful for your support in snowy Michigan!

(Looks like they’re on the way. I’m deleting you link since you were asking for extra stuff. ~ Jenny)

  145. Samantha it’s Amanda (post #28). The stuffed animals for my children are all showing as purchased.

I’m not sure if someone else purchased them after your card flagged or if it’s an error on Amazon’s side.

I am going through the comments on here and Alice purchased the penguin for my son. An anonymous poster said they purchased two stuffed animals. Laurie purchased one. Kristin purchased Dobby for my daughter Nicole. Sarah purchased one.

We’re you the anonymous poster? I can re add them but I’d feel bad if I ended up with extras.. Amazon doesn’t give me any info just shows purchased or unpurchased but right now it is showing all 6 are purchased.

I’m so sorry about all of this. I’m new to using an Amazon wishlist like this. I usually create them throughout the year and then my kids add their wants or needs to make it easier on me when and if I have the money to get them something. It truly has been a very rough year for us like so many others.

I just want to thank you and all the others who made this possible for my children. I’ve got a million things going wrong but I feel so blessed that I will have something for under the tree for them.

Two of my children have medical needs and one is special needs but all 6 of them LOVE stuffed animals.

Also I want to again say to Jenny thank you for making the James Garfield Christmas miracle possible. I won’t forgot how everyone came together to make this possible for all of us. Big hugs

(Looks like everything is on the way! ~ Jenny)

  146. Anonymous in MI with the foster girls – your plushies are on their way, due 12/19

  147. Hi! My name is Heather, I live in St. Louis (Ballwin) Missouri, I have an 8 year old daughter, and a baby boy on the way in just a couple short weeks! My widdle chubby christmas bubby! This is such a great thing you are doing! We have had a lot of unfortunate tragedies fall upon us since the summer and I am so so grateful to get my kids on James Garfield’s amazing wishlist!!! I hope next year I can be on the donating side of this awesome thing you have started! Thank you so much!!!! Here is our wishlist, I THINK I followed all of the directions to a T, so please do not push me out of any airplanes right now, I am about to POP! I go down like a turtle that falls and gets stuck on its back- ain’t no waaaaay I am getting back up! just leave me there….. throw some snacks at me before you go though. hahaha! Happy Holidays!

(Looks like someone beat me to it! ~ Jenny)

  148. Heather #384, both stuffed animals are on the way. One is arriving tomorrow and the other on Sunday/Monday. Happy holidays!

  149. Hi! I’m Willow and I live in Minneapolis with 5 kids – they are all “mine” but 3 are permanently so while the other 2 we are fostering, and hopefully they will eventually be reunited with their bio parents as reunification is almost always in their best interest. BUT If that isn’t possible, then we’ll happily be their forever family. We’ve been a foster family for years now, and last year we welcomed a foster daughter who is still with us. It turned out that she had an older sister in the system, and this summer we were able to bring her into our family as well so the sisters could be together. Thank you thank you for the cozy lovely panda friends sent last year, everyone was excited to open theirs! This year I put a llamacorn on the list for each of them.

    Here is our list:

(Looks like someone beat me to it! ~ Jenny)

  150. #394/Willow – there is definitely one headed your way! No doubt the other four will be taken care of quickly!

  151. How wonderful! If I were a child I would LOVE a llamacorn, baby pink elephant, or baby sloth.

  152. Michelle #397, the pandacorn and sloth are on their way! It looks as if someone else had already ordered your third item. The plushies should arrive December 18 and 19. Happy holidays!

  153. Michelle #397, the disney puppets are on their way to you and should be delivered by Sunday.

  154. Amanda S #28 and #380 yes I was the anonymous which should have tipped me off. I was signed in under my bosses business account 🤦🏻‍♀️Which is why it flagged it. But I’m in the right account now so if you add those two back I can purchase and send them on. So sorry for the confusion. I got so excited to help I didn’t pay attention to how I was signed in to Amazon.

  155. I’m not sure if the other comment I made posted. If so I’m sorry.

I have 2 kids, well actually 4 but I think 2 of them would be thrilled for a new friend. We are in Jacksonville FL. My name is Alicia. Thank you so much.

(I tried to buy them but you don’t have an address assigned to the list. Can you fix and try again? ~ Jenny)

  156. Hi! I might be too late for this, but if there is a Christmas miracle, we need one badly! My name is Christina and I have four young children, Rosie, Jenna, Caleb and Felix. They are my whole world and I would be very happy and appreciate it greatly if there is someone who is able to help me give them a Christmas gift. And also for anyone who can send positive thoughts and energy our way. I chose the llamacorn plushies that should come in time to be put in their stockings for Christmas morning. I wish you the happiest of holidays and a giant thank you for considering my kids.

(Looks like someone beat me here! ~ Jenny)

  157. Hi Christina, (#422) – the llamacorns should be there on the 19th – many positive thoughts heading your way – hope they love the plushies! Merry Christmas to you all.

  158. Hi Brandi! There are a couple of catacorns headed your way. They’re slated to arrive on the 19th. I’m sure someone else will grab the last two beasties for your little beasties!

  159. Thank you so much!! I appreciate more than you know and my girls will as well. ❤️

  160. Thank you Laurel! Everyone here is so amazing! Thank you all for your generosity.

  161. Norma, it looks like the lamb won’t arrive til after Christmas. Would you like to pick another toy?

  162. Number 430, Norma, I got you. I hope your kiddo has a relaxing holiday and a better new year 💜

  163. Nicole #438, two llamacorns are heading your way. I’m sure someone will pick up the others! Have a great holiday!

  164. Mel 259 – It looks like the penguin won’t get there by Christmas; do you want to pick something else?

  165. Following these comments restores my faith in humanity. People listening and responding with open hearts, kindness and compassion replacing all the petty differences we get bombarded with on a daily basis. Isn’t that the true miracle here?
Thank you, Jenny, and the entire Tribe … regardless of whether you are a giver or receiver this year. (We all know our roles could be different next year.)

(Amen to all of this. ~ Jenny)

  166. This is Nicole from #438. Thank you to the anonymous James Garfield elf and Anji for taking care of my girls! I’m brought to tears by your kindness! I’ll check back at lunchtime to see if anyone was able to help Jamie and Kole so I can be sure to thank them too, because you are all the kindest, most wonderful elves and I hope that everyone shows appreciation. It is really special how much joy a stuffed animal can bring to a child who doesn’t have much else for the holidays. Thank you Jenny and the James Garfield elves!

(Looks like it was filled. ~ Jenny)

  167. Big THANK YOU to the kind soul(s) who sent the sloths on their way for my grandkids. Merry Christmas 🎄🎅🏻

  168. hey number 29 “anonymous”: thank you for posting the link https://www.onesimplewish.org/ I donated driving lessons to a young person, because I have a kid the same age who is on the autism spectrum and wants to learn to drive, but isn’t ready yet. I love the feeling this gives me. (So it’s really selfishly motivated.)
thanks to jenny and to all of you!!

  169. To Mello #451. Glad I could help out. The monkey would not arrive before Christmas so I did not send that one. Is they any other one you would prefer?

  170. Rosella #240, did the Llamacorns make it?? I got a message saying their was an issue with delivery. Your comment on #320 sounded positive!

  171. Becky Laforge, you said you have 4 littles, but there was only one on the registry. Hoping the others were purchased. If not, re-add.

  172. Hey Jess 452 – the puppets won’t arrive until after Christmas – do you want to pick a different one?

  173. #300- looks like you already have some duplicates heading your way so I canceled mine. Wishing the best for you during these tough times.

  174. Jennifer Marvel this is Jess 452 I added a monkey hopefully that works thank you so much

  175. Norma #430 please make sure your list is available. I’m getting an error message. Thank you!

  176. hi Jenny:

I just want to thank you for this. amazing how hard it is to even get a list! this always makes me tear up. people are truly kind and basically good, I believe this. and this always proves it.

  177. Jess 452 these are showing delivery for December 28th. do you want to try something else?

  178. #466 the 28th is fine they are little they’ll just be happy to have something. Thank you

  179. @ 469, someone else swooped in & they’re purchased!

@468 Abby B, they’re on their way. One of the 20th, one of the 21st, so they’re shipping separately for some weird reason, but they’re en route!

  180. They (the sloths) are on their way Becky (#471).

They may arrive one Tuesday and one Wednesday! Good luck in nursing school, from an old retired nurse. You’ve got this!

  181. List fulfilled! Like lightning. Amazing! My momma heart is so full. Thank you so so much. <3 Thank you to Em and the other kind saints who made this happen. I graduate with my associates in May 2023. Finished my 3rd semester yesterday. Thank you again! You saints are incredible.
